I've got the ionic for a week now and today i used it to track my first HIIT workout.
During the wokout the bpm was always the same (79 bpm) and thats impossible of course.
I tried to reset and couldn't do it also. The green tracker doesn't shuts off after i took the watch out of my wrist.
Can you please help me on this issue?
Thank you.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for posting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic's heart rate readings and sensor. Thanks for trying to perform the restart.
If you were not able to restart, please follow the steps on this helpful article to complete it. This should help you out.
Regarding the heart rate reading that are showing the same during your high intensity workout; I'd recommend checking the wrist placement tips on this helpful article. This should certainly help you out to get accurate readings while doing that kind of exercise.
Try that out and let me know if the sensor (green lights) are still showing when off your wrist after completing the above.
Keep me posted! ![]()
