Ionic left button inactive in the menus, but works to restart the device

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Left button died, won't activate screen or anything else in the menus.

Touchscreen does work, so do the right buttons.

Left button enables the forced restart procedure but it is rendered useless after reboot.

Any thoughts about that?

Hello, indeed, lucky me, it was still covered under warranty and it was replaced.

The issue has modified, now the left button gets me quick menu, every time 🙂

This is the second replacement for the ionic, the previous one got a dead touchscreen.

Opens or closes the button. If the operation can't be completed successfully, it returns false. Toggles the menu. If the menu is already open, it will try to close, otherwise it will try to open it. If the operation can't be completed successfully, it returns false.
