Ionic no longer picking up Heart rate

Since last Thursday my Ionic has stopped picking up my Heart rate.

I have tried everything from a reset, factory reset, cleaning the sensors and making sure that in the settings the heart rate is switched on.

Have I missed anything?

I had that problem a couple of days ago.  A Factory Reset did the trick for me and all has been OK since. Are you sure you are doing the Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About and then Factory Reset?  If so and it didn't work, if I were you, I would try it again.

 

If it still doesn't work, contact Customer Support.
