I’ve had my ionic for about a month and it will no longer sync...I’ve turned it off and on, turned Bluetooth off and on, deleted ionic from the app, deleted the Fitbit app, reloaded everything and still no luck...it finds the ionic and then cycles through “syncing tracker” for hours to no avail...please help

On my Android device I have to 'forget' the Ionic and repair it via Bluetooth. Day 6 of a 30 day return policy for me. Loving it when it works, frustrated with a watch that seems to be so picky about BT. I've had Pebble, Android Wear, and other FitBit devices without these issues. What's causing the narrow phone selection that officially are supported on the Ionic?

Current firmware - check
Android phone (not on your supported list) and happens to be one of the most powerful Android phones available right now - OnePlus 5T
I still have Bluetooth problems. That's my issue, I have to work your troubleshooting steps and then some just to keep this watch in sync, I don't get notifications at all, and I had to use my daughter's iPhone for some reason to add my AMEX to my wallet. It's just buggy.
My question remains. Why does the FitBit Ionic have issues with Bluetooth on phones when other devices (Pebble and Wear)do not including your older devices. What are you doing that's out of the norm?

I have also had my Fitbit iconic . The same amount of time. I'm also having issues with syncing. With my phone. I have tried turning on/off phone, uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit app. The same with the tracker. Something I to wait an hour or more for it to sync with phone. I'm sorry
But some people have busy lives &don't have time to wait an hour or more. For this Fitbit tracker to sync.
