like many other messages here, my battery just shut down mid-run and wont recover. customer service said they can offer me 40% off a new ionic but otherwise cant help me. when I bought this watch at Nordstrom (who wont carry fitbit anymore) they never mentioned an additional warranty being important. I am very disappointed this #350 watch only lasted a year and 2 months. Any thoughts on what brand to try next? this was my 3rd fitbit, now my last, and I would stay with them if not for the lack of standing behind their product. Customer service kept saying that the ionic should last much more than a year, but for some reason mine didnt. however they cant warranty it. hmmm..... I need a new GPS watch!
