Ionic not charging

My Fitbit ionic will not charge. I tried a factory reset and a soft reset. And also I have left it on charge overnight but still nothing is working.Any body have any suggestions to make it work?

Fitbit has a troubleshooting guide for charging problems at: Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

If those tips don't help then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
