Ionic not connecting to GPS and losing signal

Since the new firmware update my ionic has been so unreliable.  It will stop connecting to gps and return to the home screen during a run.  It does this at a half mile, a mile actually whenever it feels like it. Right after the update it would do this when I used my mpow Bluetooth headphones and gps.  Now the watch will return to the home screen and disconnect from the headphones while I'm in my house.   I have had my ionic since Sept  2017 with no real issues.

Hmm?  Sounds like it is pretty glitchy.  Would try the restart a few times - then shutdown- change clock face options.  The reset to factory might be risky as some have reported it will go into a loop and brick the device.  Can always contact Tech Support as well.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
