.........someone help!.......please!

Done the soft restart and shutdown and it hasn't had any effect on it. Don't really want to factory reset as I've a load of data that needs to sync, and yes, I'm having issues trying to get it to do that too.

previously had the Surge and thought that was bad, but gave Fitbit the benefit of doubt and had more problems with ionic than the Surge 😡

@Chosenman It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your watch. I would like you to check this article to check how floors will be track. Please let me know if your Ionic isn't tracking anything floors or if the floor count has decreased.

Since you're having syncing issues, please try the troubleshooting mentioned in this article. Which mobile device are you using?

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Thank you @SilviaFitbit

I am using the ionic.

I have read the article and was aware that the sensor read a floor as 3 metres in height. My ionic hasn't counted any floors over time, since I've had it, it's counted about 3 floors in 2 months, and that was on one day only. In past 2 weeks I've collectively climbed a height of over 2000ft and it hasn't registered or converted it into floors climbed, so I've had to revert to using strava to get an accurate measure.

the mobile device I'm using is an iPad
