My ionic that I just got yesterday will not receive text messages. I get emails and phone calls though. I've tried everything that had been posted about this type of problem and nothing has worked. Is this a Fitbit issue? Or a phone issue, I have the Samsung 8 active
if you could check if the notification works with the default messaging app, we'd have two positives where "non-stock" apps aren't working, even if the whole notification system is ok.
I just switched to the message app and it worked fine. So it's obviously a software issue between fitbit and Message± app. Hope they fix this that's my favorite messaging app.
