Has anyone had similar problem? Its disappointing when you know you have done loads more . This started just recently.

Mine has just started doing this, it's also stopped tracking distance, I've just been out for a walk and its mapped it but says 0k!?!?  Only the past few days and I've not changed anything at all.

Have you resolved your issue as mine is doing the same.  No flashing lights on the inside.area.  Is there a way to Hard Reset the Ionic?

It just happened to me as of now, im now on my 14k steps then when I refresh my app it went down to 10k🤬, not only the steps but everything just went down, like wtf has been happening!?! Please fitbit do something about this issue cos its not fun at all to lose all those datas.😡

My Ionic stopped recording steps today.  Even after doing the reset nothing has changed.  Is there a known fix for this?  So frustrating!
