Ionic not responding

On Sunday I felt my ionic vibrate, and when I looked at the display it had the Fitbit symbol flashing...then it went completely blank.  Tried charging it when I got home, and now it alternates between the Fitbit symbol and the date/time. The date/time screen is correct, mind you!  But it’s completely frozen otherwise. The buttons do nothing, and the touch screen isn’t working at all. I’ve never had a moment’s trouble out of it. I’ve had it for 2 years this month.
Any way to reset it, or do I need to call Fitbit?
