My ionic will not stay synced with ANY device. I have done the following: turned off Bluetooth, removed app from phone, turned both phone and ionic off and on, reset ionic, removed ionic from phone multiple times. Removing it synced once, and then within hours, wasn’t syncing. It can’t find it even after all of this. Now! I have removed and tried to reset up my ionic and it gets stuck on “found it”. It’s not that old. I got it in October. Help

Hi @jaore, good to see you around.

 

Have you also tried going into your phones Bluetooth settings and unpairing it from there? Once you've done that try setting it up again.
