My ionic just shut off with a full charge for the second time today. I was able to turn on by attaching to my charger the fist time. Now 3hrs later it did it again and I’m not near my charger. Pressing buttons did nothing. Any thoughts?

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and time troubleshooting your device with our Customer Support team prior to posting. To better assist you, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensor green lights are flashing or if your device is completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for your difficulties.
I also recommend you to get in touch with our Customer Support team since assistance was already provided by them.

Thanks for opening an incident report.
after that was done a replacement ionic is being sent ,minus the charger and straps.
