Ionic not storing steps after 24hours, weekly average around 90k or better , last week only 23k . Looking back some days 0 steps, looked this morning had 14k for yesterday then went to 0 steps. Need help

How often do you sync @Lited4185 once the days has synced to the Fitbit account. the tracker doesnt need to store the data.

It's great to have you here @Lited4185! It's pretty weird that your data isn't stored. I would like you to confirm you're syncing your watch at least once a day, this will confirm that all your data is properly synced. 

 

Also, confirm you haven't manually logged any activity such as driving that can be deleting your steps.
