Hi,
i have Ionic and Samsung S8.
It is set to all day sync.
At the moment the time between Ionic and phone not the same. When I checked the app on the phone, last sync was Monday .,,,today is Wednesday.
Every morning I have to either turn off Bluetooth on phone and turn on after 30 or reset the Ionic or I have to do both to get notifications working. If the Ionic goes out of Bluetooth range for a bit, have to do this all over again.
tech that cost this much should work....
any ideas deal for a solution.??
if I had the money..l would go Garmin or something else...
thanks
john

It's great to see you around @jcwerth! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned as well for letting me know that you're using a Samsung S8.
Your Ionic should be nearby your phone to be able to sync and you should always have internet connection and Bluetooth on. If you have all day sync feature enabled, then it will make the syncing more smoothly. You can also learn more about it by checking this article How do Fitbit devices sync their data?.
I would like you to try this syncing procedure step by step and then continue monitoring the synchronization.
Hope this helps! Let me know the outcome.
