My Ionic has lost its ability to upload data, I run about 25 k a week and like to know my sleep data.
It will not sync with phone.
Then the time does not change from day to day. Basically it has become useless as I cannot see any of my data on phone. Please fix asap.
I have tried turning off and turning on bluetooth, holding left button and bottom right button for 10 sec, re syncing, I dont know what else to do?

It's not a Samsung issue, it is a Pie issue with many phones. Fitbit is aware and is working on it.

I would like to support what @SunsetRunner said, it's an issue with Android 9.0 (Pie) you may want to subscribe yourself to the main thread.
