Ionic not syncing

My ionic stopped syncing 2 days ago I deleted the ionic and from Bluetooth and restarted my phone now it says it was found but just keeps saying connecting to tracker and does nothing else help!!

Try restarting your phone and your ionic at the same time .

To restart the ionic:

  • Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  • Let go of the buttons.

Then, open the app, and try to sync again.
