Youve messed my Ionic up and it wont connect to the Iphone, I was told to do a factory reset by Jose on your chat line and now its completely useless

I appreciate that you mentioned you had a case with our Support team. Since, you've tried performing a factory reset and it stopped working after you did it, I would like you to reply back to the email that you have with our team, this to avoid any confusion.
