Can you be more specific? What kind of movement? Are you holding on to bars or carrying anything?

As it will not count steps in this case. As it needs to see the arms swinging

It stopped working completely. It appeared to be frozen with step counting. This happens during exercise. On the workout mode. I was running and HIIT working out.
