Ionic not tracking stats

My Ionic heart rate stopped on 11.01.2021 and then two days ago the steps stopped.  I have reboot/restarted every time the steps stopped but two days ago everything has stopped apart from the time! 

I can start an exercise like Walk and it gives me GPS of where i have walk and the time.....nothing else, like steps, klms, heart rate!!

I have completely run down the battery, to no avail. My version is 27.72.1.9, is there another update that i have missed?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you and further investigate the reason why your Ionic is not tracking your stats as it should, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are still flashing? Are you using a third-party clock face or a Fitbit original one? Did you experience this issue in the past or is it the first time?
