my Fitbit ionic will no longer turn on. When I attempt a reset I get a couple green, lines down the center of the screen followed by a red vertical line. I’m unable to connect the app to the device. Does anyone know if there a fix or what the red line means?

A warm welcome to the Community @Offord. Thanks for the details shared and the reset you've performed.
It's pretty weird that you're seeing lines in your Ionic's display. I would like you to confirm you've tried restarting it and if your display is still not turning on then provide me with a picture of what you're seeing in your watch.
