My Ionic starting acting up about two weeks ago, chatted with customer service and of course they said hard restart, did it twice already, I could swipe up on third or forth try and no tapping. They declared it fixed. Had rainbow screen tonight, hard restart and nothing! Are these just considered disposable? This is the third one, different models and upgraded each time. Is it time for an Apple?
