Moderator edit: Updated subject for clarity
Same problem I took a break and haven't charged my Fitbit on since Feb. Now it wont charge or turn on. My app shows that it is fully charged, but nothing on the watch. 1 year warranty ran out end of May. Anything I can do?
Been using it since october 2017, ran out of juice a couple of days ago and now it won't charge or turn back on.
Same time frame. Here is my post from this morning.

Nope! it seems like a lot of people had this happen to them.. if you are still within you warranty talk to customer service for a replacement. Otherwise, you have an expensive paperweight.
Best AnswerMy screen went black and nothing works. Fitbit says it's dead and I need to buy a new one. I was so disappointed and angry $380 os not cheap for it to stop after 2 little years. And the warranty of a year ran out so we are on our own. Not a great made reliable product
Mine died today right before noon. Called customer service right away, and they declared it dead. I’m within warranty so they are sending new one.
This is my 2nd Fitbit. My Alta quit on me in January of this year so I used they 40% discount customer service offered to upgrade to my Ionic. It worked great up until last week when the HR stopped. Fixed that by updating clock face. Now it’s just black screen. When I tried factory reset, it flashed a red triangle and !. Fitbit is sending me New Ionic, however it will have my original warranty...so basically 6 months. If new one goes out, I will move on to new company
Declared it dead! Lol! How can they declare it dead! It's not a disposable cheap camera that you can just declare dead and move on! It's a $350+ smart watch that should last more than a year or 2!
