I was able to do the shortcut but then it said to calibrate it?? But said sensors couldnt be "blocked". Umm iconic not a plug in and not it doesnt seem to be doing anything. Help please. @Krispie33 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that you started having issues with your Ionic after firmware update.
Since you're receiving the calibrate message, please move forward with the calibration by plugging in your Ionic and setting it on a flat surface. Once you have completed these steps try a restart.
If you get it working after this, please fully charge it. In case you experience any issue while charging it, try the steps in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Let me know how it goes.
