I have upgraded to Oreo 8.1 and I am still not getting any notification in my android phone.
I am using fitbit ionic.
I have done everything possible.
Please help!

I am using Oreo 8.1.0 Android
And background synk is working.
I am just getting this message in the notification - " restart your phone to restror tracker notification". And I have restarted my phone alot of times but still I am not getting any notification.

Also, can you please let me know the brand (Samsung, Huawei, LG, etc.) and model (Galaxy 9, P9, etc.) of your Android device?

I am.using oneplus 5T model. And I went through all these steps and but still not working.
I getting this notification nmessag again and again whenerwh I open my app.
"Restart your phone to restore tracker notification"

Currently, Oneplus 5T is not on the Supported Devices list. Since it's not fully supported and tested by our development team this connectivity may not always be successful or some of the features might not always be available. This may be due to hardware components in the device, outdated versions of Android, or manufacturer imposed limitations.

So it's off no use then? Or should I wait for the new update! I mean it was working before I updated to Oreo 8.1.
