I have been experiencing several issues over the past few weeks - The battery drains insanely fast, even before I can finish a workout - I can't swipe the face of watch to set up exercise, receive notifications, the floors track like I've climb the Great Wall of China when I haven't - It appears to all have happened when they "upgraded" the app - Beyond disaapointed

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your watch. I would like you to follow these tips to extend your watch battery life, keep in mind that your Ionic's battery will last up to 10 hours if you're using GPS.
Regarding your display not working, try to restart it. You can double check this article to learn about how your Ionic will track your floors.
