Is Ionic supposed to show texts and phone calls coming in? I'm seeing posts about no notice of texts coming in? Is there anywhere a Fitbit video of what one sees as a text or a phone call is coming? Is there any kind of missed text/call function on the device? I've missed call notices as my Charge HR was charging and I was away from the device.

I don't know about any missed called, but you can enable notifications in your tracker settings for the Ionic in your app.  Open the app, go to the Ionic settings, then select "Notifications".  Turn everything on that you want to receive notifications for, then select "Save" and sync your tracker.
