I just switched phones and after setting up my Ionic for the new phone, it was having trouble syncing. So did a factory reset. The watch updated and synced once but then had issues again. So I simply went into the menu to power down the Ionic as I was going to restart it. After powering down, it will no longer turn on.
That is except after leaving it off the charger for a long enough time that the 0% battery display will be shown. This is the only time the screen will turn on. At this point if I put it on the charger it will no longer turn on. I have tried both a 3 and 2 button reset but the buttons provide no response. I have even tried leaving it on the charger for a full day to ensure that it gets a full charge but still no response.
