I just recently purchased a new Fitbit Ionic and paired it with my Fitbit account.
This Ionic will randomly shut off and not track. I thought it was how I was wearing it but that doesn't seem to matter. The third party vendor asked me to contact Fitbit for possible updates and solutions.
Any clues to the issue with this device?

Thanks for letting me know that you've recently purchased a Fitbit Ionic. I appreciate that you contacted the third party vendor prior to posting.
I would like you to change your clock face to a Fitbit one. After this, please restart it and continue monitoring it.
