I have an issue with my ionic rebooting nearly every time its in the weights exercise tracking mode. I have posted about it TWICE, and my posts are simply gone (my post history also shows them never as being posted).
Can any fitbit personnel tell me why my posts with legitimate questions, no legal Q&A, are not sticking around? Normally when something is removed they email you to tell you why, but this time, nada...

Hi @BWilsonSr,
Is it possible there was a glitch and the posts didn't show up? If your post was removed you would have seen a message from a moderator to inform you. Obviously, it wouldn't be helpful to have posts removed without notification. I can see your posts in the Ionic firmware thread.
Anyway, there's nothing against the rules about asking for help with your Ionic. I use the Ionic in the gym with Weights, and would be happy to help. Let me know.

I've seen the same thing a few times. It seems to mostly, but not exclusively, be posts with external links in it and like you I've not had anything from a moderator saying the post was deleted. It just vanishes.
It's happened a few times with other peoples posts as well. Sometimes I get an email alert and by the tiem I get home and try to read the post its gone - in these cases I'd just assuemd the user delete it, but it could be the same thing

Hey there @BWilsonSr, @stuartma! I just wanted to clarify why some posts are being removed from the Community. If you ever violate the Community Guidelines, a moderator will remove the whole post from the Community and send you a PM letting you know what guideline you violated and it will also quote the message that was removed, since you won't be able to see it after it was removed.
Thanks for your advice @WavyDavey!
Hope this clarifies any doubt!
