Hi, @SanjeevP here. My Fitbit ionic - Adidas is not operational now. The right top button has frozen. I am not able to charge it. I have used the Fitness tracker for 1 year and 6 months. Now its not responding. There are no service center available at Singapore to repair or look at the issue. Fitbit team, Kindly advise me the course of action.

Hi @LiliyaFitbit , my issue is still not resolved. The right top button is not depressing and hard. I was able to charge the ionic when I kept it whole night for charging. Now Steps don't count and calories just keeps on moving up even without any workout.
