My battery died and now it won’t charge 13 months old

I am assuming this happened after the firmware update?

 

Call it in. Hopefully, you will get the 25% off coupon and not the 20% off to buy a new one at full price without any promotional stacking.

So is that what you do bye a new every 13 months. Can’t say I will ever buy fit bit again £240 I paid and lasted just over a year
