Ionic stopped working this past Saturday after sync. Tried rebooting several times and now getting red X( data not cleared, sync and try again). Is there any other methods besides the ones listed already?

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. Please confirmed you followed this procedure to fix this message:
- Remove it from Bluetooth
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections
