Ionic screen brightness too dim

Another problem  with my ionic.  This time My ionic screen has gone  very pale  and almost ureadable.  I am unable to increase the brightness level which is greyed out on my watch.....

Hi @hob1, welcome to the Community Forums!

 

Thanks for your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Ionic following the next steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. For Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

Hi Ricardo

Thank you for your e mail re the above. I have done both things which you recommended, and the watch is as before.

Needless to say I am very disappointed as this must be my 4th , replaced watch having various insurmountable issues necessitating replacement.

I now feel that the only option is to have my money back.
