did that with a tech online. no luck. no logo on the screen either. only a faint back light.

they could not fix it. no more warranty.

its a bummer. my wife also had a fitbit (Versa) and the screen also went out.

i forgot to mention, the entire screen went out this morning. only a faint back light is viable.

The same thing happened to me yesterday.  It died halfway through my swim.  I thought it just needed to be charged.  I charged it overnight.  This morning all I can get is a faint blue screen....

Just wondering if there was ever any resolution to this issue as mine has been doing this for the past few days. The display might come back for a few minutes with full color and a light blue ring around it and then go back out with no numbers or letters and the blue haze ring again. Frustrating!

the most unfortunate thing happen in my case. i was basically told there was no fix to this issue and i had just ran out of warranty and that i had to buy a new watch. by the way, my wife also had this problem with hers and now we are out two of these.

very bad taste in my mouth when i was told this by FitBit. ive spent way too much money even with accessories to be out of luck on this.

My screen just went blue the other day, while sitting on the couch. I thought it might need to charge or be updated. It is fully charged and has been updated. My phone app can still locate it and recognizes it. I just can't see anything in the screen. I have shut it down and restarted it. The screen when active only has a blue light around the outside and when off the screen is not lit.

I think I narrowed my problem down to going in the sauna with it. I guess
it must overheat in there. I ended up buying another used and haven't gone
in the sauna with it and so far so good.

I am experiencing the same issue of the blue screen.

We reset, restarted and the versa is fully charged. There is nothing showing on the face of the watch.

Has Fitbit solutions team provided a solution to the problem ?

The  watch is less than a year old. What is the replacement policy?

Thank you,

I believe I have figured out that my issue was caused by the heat of my
sauna. I bought another one and haven't kept it on while in the sauna and
so far so good.

Not sure but ...

I think my issue may have been me wearing it into the sauna.
