Did you ever get the problem resolved? If so, what was the solution?

Hi, I also have this problem. Is there any resolution?

@Cmelon sounds like water ingress.  My first ionic did this nonsese in exactly the same way. These Ionics are hit and miss with their water resistance ability.

My current one doesn't go near water now.
