Ionic showing "Data not cleared sync and try again"

Hello I've bought a Fitbit ionic off Ebay and its saying data not cleared sync try again, does anybody please know how I can solve this? Thanks in advance

Welcome to the Community @Cheza2013. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

I was doing some research and I found that this troubleshooting worked for some, please try the following: 

  1. Delete the Fitbit Ionic in the Fitbit app
  2. Remove the Ionic in the Bluetooth profile (Your phone Bluetooth setting page)
  3. In the Fitbit app pair the Ionic again
  4. If there is no connection,press all three buttons on the Ionic restart the Ionic
