Ionic step tracking accuracy

The past few days my ionic is registering 10k steps, but I've only been out of bed and walking around the house for 10 minutes. Confirmed I am on latest firmware.  Also noticing that the battery is discharging faster. Having to charge every 3-4 days rather than the 5-6 it had been.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that the battery of our Ionic was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.

After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance and should resolve the step-tracking issue.

Good day Ricardo,

Unfortunately I have had to reboot the watch two times since this last post.  This morning was the most recent, and I noticed that the watch was showing just 60 steps, but the phone was reporting 30k+.  The watch then synched with the phone and started showing the same count.  Any suggestions on how to deal with that?
