Ionic steps saying undefined

My ionic is saying for steps undefined but when I sync to my phone it still is registering steps and it is also not reading my heart rate either. I have tried to restart it but it is no use. It still says it.

I see, you are not looking at the stats on the ionic watch, but a clock face.

I would open the Fitbit app, tap on the ionic, choose the clock tile, and tap the settings gear.

This would be where you will want to define what stat to display in this position.

May I ask which clock face this is?

i changed the face and then changed it back and it worked
