Ionic stopped showing heart rate and is now not counting my steps

So a week or two ago my ionic stopped showing my heart rate wasn't too concerned. Today it stopped counting my steps big concern! I have cleaned it I have turned it off and on I don't know what else to do

Try a proper Restart first and do it several times if necessary.
