My Ionic last synched 01/26/2021. I tried all the trouble shooting advise provided by the call center. Speaking with a supervisor as well, just reading off a script. I know that your latest update killed most Ionics along with my wife's Versa. Seeing all the reviews and conversations on this board I know that I'm not the only one.
Support couldn't/wouldn't provide contact info for the real IT department, with engineers working on a fix.
