My Ionic ( around Feb 12 ) while swimming vibrated a few seconds and stopped working. It was fully charged at the time. Has anyone a fix for this issue?

Let's troubleshoot this together. I would like you to restart your Ionic and try charging it again, this because your Ionic hasn't synced since February 12th.
