Ionic stopped working after performing a factory reset

After restarting in my Ionic the original manufacture configuration I am not able to sync it anymore, it seems it died regardless I tried to restart it several times.

 

Please if anyone can share with me some directions that would be great.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to contact us.

 

Since your Ionic stopped working after you performed a factory reset, the battery might have drained and this is why it didn't turn on anymore. I would like you to try charging it and if you encounter any issue, try the tips in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

My fitbit (Ionic) is charging, but the issue it that I cannot synchronized it.

If your Ionic turned on again, please confirm you did this syncing troubleshooting. Which phone model do you have?
