Ionic stopped working

Hello,

Ionic stopped working all of sudden. Thought it was because of charge. I tried to charge it but the green lights do not flash and i cannot switch it on.

The same thing happened to me and there is some systemic problem. Fitbit is working on finding the reason why.

I just finished talking with their customer service. Apparently we just wasted our money.

They offered me a 40% off coupon though! 

I refuse to spend any more money with this company. I will be advising all of my friends the same. And anyone else who reads the reviews I plan to plaster.

They will give you a coupon to purchase a new one. They won't offer any other solution. 

I feel gut punched from spending so much on a brand that was supposed to have good customer service.
