Ionic stopped working

I changed my ionic to 100% yesterday. Earlier today I noticed the battery was already down to 50%, the ionic battery doesn't discharge that quickly. Today when I was exercising it shut off and will not restart.

Hi @Anthony317  Try charging it fully and then restart it several times. Let us know if that fixesnit (or not )

The ionic will not change. I tried using two different chargers and two different cords. It will not change.
