Hi just looking for a bit help. My ionic was saying I needed to choose an alternative clock but when I tried to down load one from the app my ionic died. I have had it on the charge all night and tried a hard reset but it still won't turn on. I can see from this forum a few people have had ionics die in the last 24 hour. Is their a fix or some other solution?

Did this and after checking phone and Ionic setting was told there is a known problem with samsung software v9 and Windows 10 syncing. That they will get back to me wjen resolved. Still not heard anything problem outstanding. Can't find anything about these known problem which as Samsung and Windows 10 are popular platform would expect a banner like the one that is one the community forum re iPhone today. Not convinced there is a known problem with both window and Samsung please can you send me more info on these. Thanks
