Ionic stopped working

I've tried restart, watch face changes, restart, software updates, restart.  Screen wake is set to auto.  Nothing has worked.  The watch syncs with my iPhone showing zeros for all tracked information.  Call indicators and text messages still show up. 

 

I wore it in the pool during vacation for the first time last week.  I'm worried this may be the issue.

 

I have not done a factory reset yet. 

 

Any suggestions?

It's pretty weird that your Ionic is still syncing to your iPhone but it's not showing any data at all. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team, they will continue assisting you and providing you with options.
