Ionic stopped working

Hi Fitbit

 

I have an Ionic purchased in Apr 2019 and it suddenly turned off and will not restart, there was no low battery warning like normal. 

 

I have searched through the forums and tried the suggestions, cleaning the points, resetting with the watch, leaving on charge for a period. The watch is just dead and unresponsive.

 

Any suggestions to resolve the issue would be welcome, I was really enjoying the watch.

Same problem here. Don’t know what to do.

You have a one year warranty. Use it. contact them, but demand the replacement is NEW not a refurbished unit. My Ionic had to be replaced after I took it swimming for the first time I am thinking I received a refurb replacement. My Ionic was working fine till last night when I attempted to update the firmware. It bricked. Because it was out of warranty they offered a 25% discount to buy a new one.
