Ionic stopped working, 2 days been stuck in a logo loop. Have deleted and unpaired numerous times, downloads update then goes back to blue or white logo screen. Have also 3 buttoned reset numerous times with no change. ☹ highly frustrating.

@SilviaFitbit I'm having this same issue as well. It's stuck in a blue logo and it flashes every now and then but never comes on.

I would like you to restart your watch and then check if the Fitbit logo comes on again. Have you noticed that the logo flashes at a specific time of the day? or if it shows when you're exercising?

Im having the same problem its doing my head in i have been researching and trying everything but it wont tune on... not happy at all i have email them and everything and havent heard anything back... more pissed coz it cost so much dam money and its not working grrr
