Hi folks,
My Ionic last synched yesterday afternoon, and the time was about 1/2 hr slow. I turned it off and on again, still no synch, and slow time.
What else can I do to get it synched?

I have contacted support via Chat, and issue will be resolved with waranty replacement of thhe Ionic.

I would like you to try this syncing troubleshooting and confirm that your timezone is properly set in your account. Can you let me know which mobile device you have?
